We don’t offer discounts, bulk discounts, or coupons because (we like to brag) we offer everyday rock-bottom prices on our stems and containers. If you compare our premium stems and hard goods to other online companies, stem-for-stem you’ll notice we sell at up to 40% under our competitors.
We primarily ship in 3-5 days using USPS Ground Advantage for stems and soft goods. Containers and large items ship UPS or FedEx Ground.
Once your order is out the door, it typically takes about 3 days to arrive at most destinations in the U.S. We encourage you to use the tracking number in your email to follow your package and contact us if you spot problems.
We don’t have brick-and-mortar retail locations. Some of our products ship from California, others ship from Idaho.
Yes. Get in touch as soon as you know you need an address change. If your order has not shipped yet (you’ll get an email notice if it does) we can accommodate address changes.
This is not uncommon. Sometimes carriers will mark a package delivered when it is still traveling on their trucks. It’s best to wait a day and see if it shows up.
If you still don’t have your package after a day, check with your neighbors. Sometimes a carrier will leave larger packages with neighbors rather than deliver them to unsecured areas of your porch.
Before deciding whether a package is lost or stolen, be sure to check with your carrier to see if they recall the delivery.
Sure do. You are welcome to return any item you buy from us.
We don’t, however, offer free returns. Free returns mean we have worked the price of that return into the everyday product price. So you’re paying for a return whether you return the product to us or not. We feel our customers should only pay for returns, if and when they return a product.
